Concept of this loader is based on simple skeleton, on
which are subsequently fixed another parts of the loader. Detachable side
gears with slow running hydro engines do not require any care during the
service life of a loader.
In addition to the characteristics of the models of lower dimensions,
the L853 declines under two versions : standard version and speed+ version .
There are mudguards screwed on the skeleton together with directional lights
and driving mirrors. Tanks, that are freely mountable to skeleton together
with mudguards create new and more dynamic look. Tanking is very simple
right after opening back locking cover. An enforced boom of new design with
quick-clamp is fixed on the skeleton. This solution gives an assumption of
high consistence of working device. After uncovering of the cockpit and back
cover, there is an easy reach to every aggregate from any place. Cockpit
fulfils every safety prescriptions ROPS and FOPS, views, noise, vibrations,
and whole control components are arranged ergonomically, so high comfort of
operating is guaranteed.
Drive of a loader is hydrostatic with driving engine YANMAR 4TNV94WI with
performance 44 kW at 2500 rpm. Traveling mechanism consists of regulating
hydro generators, traveling hydro engines and side travel drives.
The circuit of working hydraulics consists of regulating hydraulic generator,
distributor with pressure lever that controls the regulating hydraulic
generator via LS signal. Thanks to this system using the LS signal, futile
decreasing of power is avoided, which, in its turn, causes decreasing fuel
consumption and loss of heat. All hydraulic aggregates are made by BOSCH-REXROTH
GROUP and so, high reliability and durability is ensured. The circuit of
working hydraulics is equipped with a hydraulic leveling of working device (shovel,
pallet fork etc.), and that is active during elevation and lowering of boom.
Thanks to this system, it is comfortable to manipulate with burden during
its lowering and using loader L 853 for manipulation with the pallet fork.
Loader L 853 exceeds all competitors, who use hydraulic leveling of working
device only during lifting of boom.
